By enrolling in this program, I agree to actively participate in all scheduled classes, workshops, and activities. I understand that consistent attendance is required and that I am expected to arrive on time and remain engaged throughout each session. Missing three (3) or more classes without prior notice may result in the loss of any financial incentives, certification opportunities, and/or eligibility for internships.

I agree to demonstrate respectful and professional behavior in the classroom and toward my peers, instructors, and guest speakers. I also commit to fully participating in career advising and related activities for the duration of the program, including completing assignments, engaging in discussions, and following through on next steps outlined by Heights staff.

I further understand that internship placements are not guaranteed and are contingent upon the availability of partnering organizations as well as my own performance, professionalism, and engagement in the program. I recognize that my commitment to these expectations is essential to my success in the program and to the opportunities available to me through this experience.
